This service was made for the people, by the people!  This package derived from countless couples who wanted a package in the middle, but needed a little more help than just a month out.  It includes some of our ala carte enhancements, which when bundled, saves you some money as well.  It was designed for those couples that have the time to do most of their own research, planning and designing of their wedding on their own, but want a little extra help along the way.  Not only do you want to relax and feel stress free on the days leading up to and on your wedding day, but you’d like a little hand holding as you plan to ask questions as they arise or to get a second opinion from time to time.   This is an enhancement to the “month of” package, because not only do you get some help from the start, but you can use your consultations via email or phone to ask questions as they arise.  You’ll also be able to hand off your wedding in the final stages to a professional as you prepare for the fun events to take place. Handing it off at this time will help to ensure that someone else is there to check over things you may have missed, lend an extra hand and share their expertise with you.  This ensures you will really be able to enjoy the day and the days leading up to your wedding, because someone has been helping you stay on track.  This service is offered 2 months prior to your wedding (but I do suggest booking much further in advance to secure your date).

• Includes budget breakdown/ to-do list to help you start with the wedding planning on your own.  This is a great tool for you to begin wedding planning on your own if you don’t know where to begin ($175 value)

• Includes 2 “creative consulting” sessions which break down as either 2 hours of phone calls or approximately 16-20 emails to ask questions or seek guidance whenever you need it  ($250 value)

• Takes over as point of contact for all vendors from start of service

• Confirms final details with secured vendors from start of service

• One consultation meeting with client prior to wedding

• Unlimited email communication within the 2 month period and up to 5 hours of calls or 3 in person meetings

• Overview of the work you’ve done, to see if there’s anything you might have missed

• Templates and checklist provided to make sure nothing is forgotten

• Assistance with development of wedding day timeline, including formal reception program (this can be done before the 2 month mark)

• Sends timeline and confirms receipt with all vendors, including following up on details and arrival time on the day of the wedding

• Supervise ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

• On-site coordination on day of wedding (up to 10 hours)

• Dress tables according to specifications of bride & groom
